The Teachers’ Success® (TS) content management and communication System is a web based administrative tool that provides each school district and its individual school sites with an online interactive handbook and resource guide. The TS System strands 3 levels: District Administration, School-Site Administration and School-Site Staff.
 District Administration: Districts are able to deliver information; policies and procedures, professional development training, curriculum, forms, etc., creating a standard, to each of its individual school sites staff members in real-time, 24/7.
School-Site Administration: Each district school-site can further customize their Teachers’ Success® System template by adding operational and academic information, thus creating an interactive handbook and resource guide to fit their specific needs.
School-Site Staff: Each school-site staff members, using a secured login can access daily information that meets their needs and concerns in one location. Reducing their sense of isolation, they can communicate with their peers and provide feedback to site administrators in real-time, share lessons and best practices, from any location, 24/7
